If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number plus photos where relevant.

For eligible consumer purchases, return and withdrawal rights apply in accordance with applicable law. Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging unless the issue is a defect or shipping damage.

For hygiene and personal-care products, return eligibility can be restricted once a sealed product has been opened where permitted by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges and return costs are handled according to the reason for the return and applicable consumer law.
